3 Power Tools To Help You Rise Above Any Circumstance: An Expert Roundtable Discussion

Presented by Stephanie Puente

“Napoleon Hill said “”Within every adversity is the seed to an equal or greater benefit.”” In theory, this quote may sound good but when we’re faced with difficult circumstances, it’s easy to succumb to fear, doubt and overwhelm. From this perspective, it’s hard to see any good. And, when we’re in this fight or flight state, we’re actually bringing more harm to ourselves than good. This constriction affects our nervous system, our health, and blocks our awareness to answers, solutions and opportunities that are here but we can’t see because we’re focused on the problem. This way of being and thinking keeps us feeling reactive, stuck and disempowered.

We don’t have control over everything that happens but we do have control over how we choose to experience and perceive whatever is happening. When we can pause, take a deep breath, and choose to look for the seeds of good in any situation we’re facing, we open ourselves up to receive new ideas and a more empowered guidance for what we CAN do to move forward.

This breakout session will empower you with new ways of thinking and acting, to support you in rising above whatever circumstance you’re facing, and to give you a greater sense of clarity, ease and confidence to keep moving forward in growth and creating what is most important to you in your business and in life.

* This session can apply to any business experience level.”
